My Modalities — These are the principal techniques I work with personally, and use in my coaching/training practice.

Authentic Presence - being fully present in the moment, expressing one’s true thoughts, feelings, and values with sincerity, vulnerability, and self-awareness. It involves Mindfulness, Authenticity & Connection. Authentic presence is natural for some; But it is also a learned, trainable and practiced mindset.

Breathwork - practices that manipulate breathing patterns to achieve specific outcomes, such as stress reduction, emotional processing, athletic performance or enhanced consciousness. It draws from ancient traditions (e.g., pranayama in yoga) and modern therapeutic methods (e.g., Oxygen Advantage®, Holotropic Breathing).

Meditation - deliberate practices for training the mind to focus, observe, or transcend thoughts.

Longevity - focused training of habits, techniques and mindset for transcendent health and vitality. Feeling your best physically facilitates our efforts in social, emotional and spiritual growth.
